Really, the best course of action you can take when you are faced with a decision like this is to do your research carefully from reputable sources (blogs are not often good sources) and make your decision based on that. It is a huge area of debate and you can get bogged down defending your position whether you use fluoride or not, so in my opinion you just need to make your decision and then get on with it. Stop doubting yourself and your own intuition.

Add the dry ingredients to a clean jar and mix thoroughly by shaking the jar (with the lid on).
